Conference participants that have paid their registration in full may request an invitation letter from the organizers to assist their application. Those who require an entry visa to Canada should request the invitation letter as early as possible, as the entry visa process can take several months. Please note that this letter does not guarantee acceptance to enter Canada and there is no financial support available.
